Labor Policy

1.Freely Chosen Employment: Forced labor shall not be used in our company, all work shall be voluntary, and workers should be free to leave. Workers shall not be required to hand over government-issued identification or work permits as a condition of employment.

2.Child Labor Avoidance: Child Labor shall not be used in our company in any stage of manufacturing. The term”child”refers to any person employed under the age of 16.

3.Underage workers: Our company shall not arrange underage workers to engage in high-altitude, underground, radioactive, toxic, inflammable, explosive, national provisions of the fourth-level labor and other potential safety hazard positions. The term”underage workers”refers to any person employed between the age of 16 and 18.

4.Humane Treatment: There shall be no harsh or inhumane, including any corporal punishment, mental coercion or verbal abuse of workers; nor shall there be the threat of any such treatment.

5.Freedom of Association: Our company shall respect the rights of as established by local law to associate freely on a voluntary basis, join or not join labor unions. Our company shall also help achieve effective communication between workers and management.

6.Non-Discrimination: Our campany shall not engage in discrimination based on age, gender, color, religion or marital status in hiring and practical work.

7.Working Hours: A workweek shall not be more than 60 hours per week, including overtime, except in emergency or unusual situatition. For underage workers, a workweek shall not be more than 40 hours per week, and restricted from night work.

8.Wages: Compensation paid to workers shall comply with all applicable wage laws, and shall not be less than the local minimum wage.
