      About employee relations ，Employee Relations Division, Companies a bridge between the mind and colleagues .With economic development, progress of the enterprise, people's concern for human nature is also rising. Company focused on production, but also set up to improve labor relations, rich culture, and create a harmonious working environment responsibility of the new organization --- Employee Relations Division (under the Human Resources Department).

      Our role is  to deal with  labor relations (industrial injury, the dispute), employee  discipline  management (incentive) to improve communication mechanisms with staff (interviews, appeals, complaints and reports), psychological or policy assistance (all kinds of advice) and so on. Employee Relations Division and the majority of colleagues in the company to establish communication between the platform erected a bridge of mind, committed to creating good labor relations atmosphere.
